Acting Workshops

Acting workshops form an important part of the centre’s activities and we usually have four workshops per term. They start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.00pm, with a short break in the middle. High profile actors, directors and writers bring their skills to provide a wide range of fascinating workshops.  Everything from Greek Drama to improvisation, from Shakespeare to Stanislavsky, Film and TV acting, radio work, audition presentation, Dialects, story-telling, dance and much more.  Recent tutors have included Ken Michaels, Liz Crowther, Harry Burton, Sergio Amigo and Jake Murray.

Acting workshops cost £15 for members. However, we welcome "guests" who may not want to commit to regular attendance at classes and pay a membership fee. Our Guest fee for acting workshops is £20.

If you wish to book a place on a workshop, please check our diary of events and book your place by emailing our workshop organiser Virginia Stride - v.stride@outlook.com.
